We are looking for passionate and dedicated Teachers for the Foundational Stage (Nursery to Grade 2) to join our team. The ideal candidates will be committed to guiding young learners through their first steps in education with care, creativity and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with the CBSE Foundational Stage curriculum.
• Foster a positive, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe and excited to learn.
• Encourage holistic development by focusing on key areas such as literacy, numeracy, social skills and physical development.
• Use play-based and hands-on learning strategies to make education engaging and enjoyable for young children.
• Observe and assess students’ progress, adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A degree in Early Childhood Education and preferably a B.Ed degree too .
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and the CBSE curriculum for the Foundational Stage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and classroom management skills.
• Creative and passionate about working with young children, fostering their development in a fun and engaging way.
