We are seeking a passionate and creative Art and Craft Teacher to join our team. This role involves working with students in both the and Foundational Stage (Pre-Primary to Grade 2) and the Preparatory Stage (Grades 3-5) to inspire and guide them through various art and craft activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct engaging art and craft lessons tailored to the developmental needs of students in both the Preparatory and Foundational stages.
• Introduce students to a variety of artistic mediums, techniques and styles, encouraging creativity and self-expression.
• Foster a fun and inclusive classroom environment where students feel free to explore their artistic abilities.
• Organize and showcase student artwork in exhibitions, displays and school events.
• Collaborate with other teachers to integrate art and craft activities into the broader curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized art studio or classroom.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A degree in Fine Arts or Art Education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience teaching art and craft to young children, preferably in a school setting.
• Proficiency in various art forms, including drawing, painting, sculpture and craft-making.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and the ability to adapt lessons to different age groups.
• Excellent communication, creativity and classroom management skills.
• Passionate about inspiring young minds through the world of art and craft.
